Cancellation Of Order
There is no limit to the number of times you may cancel an order. But the condition is that you need to contact us within 12 hours if you need any changes or cancel your purchase. No cancellation is possible after the package has been shipped or sent for delivery.
Return Or Refund
We care about you and your preferences, we know that you might change your mind after the purchase, or you might face issues with your order, size issues etc. Whatever may be the case, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or reshipment. However, you can only apply for a refund or return when,
- You did not receive it at the exact time which was promised (45 days excluding the 2-5 processing days)
- You get the wrong items, not the ones you ordered
- You changed your mind about a product (But this way you can only return your product not refund! Return is also applicable only when the item is unused)
The refund is not issued if:
- You did not receive your order due to reasons that are in your control (e.g. Giving the incorrect delivery address)
- Your order does not arrive due to unusual circumstances that are not in our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, etc.).
*After the 45-day delivery guarantee has elapsed, you have 15 days in which you can seek a refund. You can apply for a return or refund by messaging us through our Contact Us page.
